- Project Scheduling:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 software, incorporating project scope, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Analyze project requirements and constraints to create realistic and achievable project schedules that align with project goals and objectives.
- Schedule Management:
- Monitor and update project schedules on an ongoing basis to track progress, identify deviations, and mitigate schedule risks.
- Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path analysis, resource loading, and earned value management, to optimize project performance.
- Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate schedule status, trends, and forecasts to project teams and stakeholders.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects based on project priorities, resource availability, and project dependencies.
- Coordinate with project managers and resource managers to resolve resource conflicts, shortages, and bottlenecks that may impact project schedules.
- Risk Management:
- Identify schedule risks, constraints, and dependencies that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to address schedule risks and ensure project delivery within established timelines.
- Training and Support:
- Support in providing training, guidance, and support to project team members on the use of Primavera P6 software for project scheduling and management.
- Support on Primavera P6 functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting for project teams and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 + years of work experience.
- Well-versed with Primavera PEEPM.
- Oracle Primavera and functional background.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Construction or Engineering Document control/Data entry experience.
