Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and grow customer base
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor product availability and visibility at client locations
Provide daily market feedback and sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the local market
Valid driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of salesmen to meet overall sales goals
Plan and execute area sales strategies
Monitor and support the team’s field activities
Ensure proper coverage, product availability, and merchandising

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with 3+ year in a supervisory role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
