We use AI to connect students with private tutors in over 20 subjects, available for both online and in-person sessions.Our mission is mainly to bridge the gaps in private tutoring. Our platform effortlessly connects students, parents, and qualified tutors, eliminating the need for endless searches and reliance on recommendations.Fun Fact: AlGooru originally derives from “Guru”, a Sanskrit* term for a "mentor, guide, expert, or master" of certain knowledge or field. 🥇🎯 Main Responsibilities * Implement strategies to drive revenue growth by optimizing the customer lifecycle, enhancing the customer experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Design and implement impactful customer traction, retention, and monetization experiments to accelerate growth and optimize OMTM (MRR).
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes across customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.
👣 A Day In Your LifeCustomer Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across various channels (paid media, organic search, partnerships, etc).
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact acquisition opportunities based on data-driven insights.
  • Track and analyze acquisition performance, driving continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify target audiences and optimize acquisition efforts.
Conversion Rate Optimization:
  • Analyze conversion funnels and user journeys to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Identify and eliminate friction points throughout the user journey, maximizing conversion rates at every stage.
  • Design and implement experiments to test and optimize key conversion points (sign-ups, purchases, product adoption).
  • Leverage data analytics to personalize and tailor the user experience for improved conversion.
Retention and Engagement:
  • Craft strategies to increase user retention and engagement, fostering a loyal and active user base.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to build community, encourage repeat usage, and drive product adoption.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
Revenue Growth:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experiment with and optimize pricing models, monetization plans, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key revenue metrics, aligning performance with overall growth objectives.
Product Development Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to align product features and offerings with customer needs and market demands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on product features and updates to optimize for user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles within the product development process.
Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key metrics related to growth and revenue.
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for all growth-related activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals (SEO, social media, content marketers...), fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement to meet overall growth objectives.
Requirements🏆 Experience needed
  • 4+ years in growth marketing, driving significant user and revenue growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and B2B landscape preferred.
  • Proven success in revenue growth and optimizing the customer lifecycle.
  • Expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and revenue management.
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous learning.
  • Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the MENA region market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
