- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and customize plans to meet their specific needs.
- Deep knowledge of various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of representing the company in front of clients and strategic partners.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of client marketing campaigns across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key partners.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors to propose creative strategies for maintaining a competitive edge.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure the highest possible return on investment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.
- Lead continuous team development efforts and foster a creative and motivating work culture.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and marketing forums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing or brand management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in leading a marketing agency.
- Preference for candidates with experience in delivering diverse marketing services to various sectors.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to innovate, solve problems, and make decisions quickly.
