- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital product management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in launching and managing digital products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive product enhancements and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product management tools and user-centered design principles.
