QMS & Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist

• Standardizing documents and templates according to best practices and business requirements.
• Support in developing the policies and procedures for Private Label activities.
• Establish and implement metrics to support process improvement and accurate documentation.
• Support Quality Management System Creations and Implementations as per ISO9001 guidelines.
• Support in interactions with Private Label commercial, Supply Chain departments, regulatory affairs, agencies, and the Saudi Food and Drugs Authority and Identify opportunities for improvement and provide support to optimize procedures.
• Interact with other team members to share best practices/ Lessons learned/ implementation of Improvement.
• Conduct Risk Assessments (Product verification/ Validation during development) and manage the change control.
• Solicit Customer feedback to assess requirements satisfaction in alignment with all stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the Quality Management System and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends & areas for improvement and potential non-conformities.
• promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.
• investigate and identify root causes of quality issues.
• Manage changes to the Quality Management System, including evaluating the impact of changes, communicating changes to stakeholders, and ensuring proper implementation.
• Stay up to date with changing regulations and standards related to the industry and ensure the Quality Management System remains in compliance.
• Maintain a data-driven approach using quality data to make informed decisions and track key performance indicators.
• Oversee quality-related emergency response plans and procedures to address unforeseen issues.
• Manage projects related to Quality Management System improvements from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting in alignment with all stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

• 1-3 Years of relevant experience

• Microsoft Office, Visio.

• Arabic, English
