Planning Manager (CCG Turbine Power Plant)

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management software.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor junior planning staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Analyze project data to forecast future project needs and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to enhance efficiency.
• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Prior experience in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant Construction and Commissioning, worked as consortium planning manager in more than three projects.
• Understanding of key phases: site preparation → civil works → mechanical erection → electrical & I&C → commissioning.
• Familiarity with the installation sequencing of the major equipment such as gas turbine, steam turbine, HRSG, BOP, and grid connection.
• Understand very well, the construction process, sequence, and interconnection and scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines..
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• .Preferred candidate with " Transferable Iqama " possible to join ASAP or with a short notice period.
