- Coordinate across product, design, engineering, and QA teams to track timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Support Delivery Managers in executing project plans, maintaining Jira boards, and organizing team stand-ups and reviews.
- Prepare and follow up on weekly status reports, risk logs, and action trackers for internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation (BRDs, meeting minutes, UAT plans) is maintained and up to date.
- Assist in preparing client-facing presentations, status updates, and decision logs.
- Support in facilitating alignment sessions and workshops with B2B clients to ensure clear scope and delivery expectations.
- Track client feedback and scope change requests, and ensure they are logged, reviewed, and escalated appropriately.
- Help maintain delivery frameworks, templates, and documentation standards across the department.
- Track and monitor project- and department-level OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), ensuring activities and outputs remain aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Delivery and Product leadership to report on OKR progress and surface blockers tied to team-level commitments.
- Monitor project health KPIs and escalate any risks to delivery timelines or scope.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Content, Tech, and Finance) to ensure smooth handoffs and operational readiness.
- Recommend enhancements to coordination workflows, reporting structures, and delivery practices based on observed gaps.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and retrospectives to improve delivery execution over time.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication—able to simplify complex updates for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and professionalism when dealing with internal teams and clients.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented attitude.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery operations, or client services—preferably in a SaaS, consulting, or digital platform environment.
- Background in strategy consulting, client solutions, or PMO is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Sheet, and/or Odoo Projects is nice-to-have.
- Experience working with cross-functional product/tech teams and external clients.
- Prior exposure to OKRs frameworks and working in results-driven delivery teams is strongly preferred.
