Swiss Hospitality Company (SHC) is seeking a hands-on and visionary Marketing Lead to shape and drive the marketing strategy of SHC and its sub-brands. In this senior role you will internalize the founder’s vision and transform it into compelling marketing narratives, briefs and campaigns across digital and offline platforms – with an emphasis on LinkedIn.As our marketing leader you will:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and calendars that align with brand objectives and company goals.
Write briefs, scripts and outlines for campaigns, videos and digital assets.
Lead, manage and grow a marketing task force of internal team members and external freelancers/agencies.
Personally contribute hands-on creative work – for example in graphic design, video editing, photography/videography, motion graphics/animation or copywriting – to ensure content is always on brand.
Oversee marketing execution across SHC, STAR Group and partner brands and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, project timelines and budget expectations.
Handle operational marketing tasks such as posting job vacancies, updating company pages and ensuring that all public-facing information is accurate and aligned with the brand.
Track performance, derive insights and continuously improve marketing impact.
This is a full‑time, in‑house role based in Riyadh.Requirements
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams across internal and external resources.
Proficiency in at least one hands-on creative skill such as graphic design, video editing, photography/videography, motion graphics/animation or copywriting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Demonstrated success building brand presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Familiarity with marketing tools and productivity software; experience using AI tools is a plus.
Highly proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently while handling operational tasks such as job postings and content updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of the Saudi market or GCC region and an understanding of Vision 2030 is an advantage.
