We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Engineer to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and driving sales growth. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet their needs.Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and assess opportunities based on project requirements and company capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Reach out to clients through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our services and understand their technical and commercial needs.
- Technical Proposals: Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals that align with client specifications and project goals.
- Sales Closure: Lead the sales process from proposal submission to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Market Development: Explore new markets and sectors, and provide insights on trends, competitors, and potential projects.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with technical, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, client feedback, and achieved targets to the Sales Manager or Business Development Lead.
- The position will be based in Riyadh, but will cover all of Saudi Arabia as needed.
- The working hours would be 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
