Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in managing safety for large-scale projects, preferably in the scaffolding or construction industry.Must possess a relevant academic degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.Valid certifications (such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) will be an added advantage.Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations, industry best practices, and project-based safety implementation.Proven leadership and communication skills to enforce safety policies and train site personnel.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project-specific health and safety plans.Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Ensure full compliance with local and international safety standards.Lead and support all safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.Report directly to senior management on all safety-related issues.
