The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within one or more of the resort’s outlets, ensuring smooth service flow and delivering an elevated guest experience. You will lead and support a team of service professionals while upholding Four Seasons service and quality standards.What You Will Do
  • Supervise the service team to ensure efficient, attentive, and personalized guest experiences.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards in the outlet.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and scheduling to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations, inventory control, and ordering.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor service standards, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination of special events and promotions within the outlet.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary, bar, and stewarding teams for seamless service delivery.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and health & safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop service teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
