Job DescriptionOur client is a major industrial player in the Saudi market, is seeking a forward-thinking Regional Quality Manager to lead and implement group-wide quality strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of quality policies, ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards across global operations. This role requires a results-driven professional with a passion for continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of quality excellenceKey Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Excellence
  • Design and implement quality assurance (QA) best practices and initiatives aligned with FPI’s global standards.
  • Drive a culture of quality excellence by promoting compliance with international and local quality regulations.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance defect rates, first-pass efficiency, and reduce rework.
Quality Audits & Compliance
  • Lead comprehensive quality and technical audits across manufacturing plants and central functions.
  • Conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective/preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ensure Fiberstrong, Wavistrong, Flowstrong, and related technologies meet required quality levels.
Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Group Quality Manual and QMS procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, API, and other industry standards.
  • Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, implementing robust corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Customer Insights
  • Perform trend analysis on audit findings and site performance failures.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans based on feedback.
Team Leadership & Training
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Quality Engineers across multiple locations.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance QMS awareness and compliance.
  • Ensure training documentation and compliance records are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:
  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Saudi Aramco experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Quality, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Certified Lead Auditor with expertise in quality management systems.
Preferred:
  • 7+ years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications in API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001.
  • Extensive experience with GRE/GRP products and fiberglass applications.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong auditing, inspection, and compliance skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of international quality standards and GRE/GRP production processes.
  • Proficient in data analysis and trend identification for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive a quality-focused culture across teams and regions.
