Strategic & Operational Excellence
- Design and implement quality assurance (QA) best practices and initiatives aligned with FPI’s global standards.
- Drive a culture of quality excellence by promoting compliance with international and local quality regulations.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance defect rates, first-pass efficiency, and reduce rework.
- Lead comprehensive quality and technical audits across manufacturing plants and central functions.
- Conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective/preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure Fiberstrong, Wavistrong, Flowstrong, and related technologies meet required quality levels.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Group Quality Manual and QMS procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, API, and other industry standards.
- Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, implementing robust corrective actions.
- Perform trend analysis on audit findings and site performance failures.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans based on feedback.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Quality Engineers across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance QMS awareness and compliance.
- Ensure training documentation and compliance records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Saudi Aramco experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Quality, or Chemical Engineering.
- Certified Lead Auditor with expertise in quality management systems.
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications in API Q1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001.
- Extensive experience with GRE/GRP products and fiberglass applications.
- Strong auditing, inspection, and compliance skills with a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth knowledge of international quality standards and GRE/GRP production processes.
- Proficient in data analysis and trend identification for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and drive a quality-focused culture across teams and regions.
