As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing world-class service and creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests.
Warmly welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay
Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites in Jeddah and the surrounding areas
Make reservations and arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and entertainment
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to exceed expectations
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
Manage and organize guest packages, deliveries, and correspondence
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Concierge in a luxury hospitality environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
In-depth knowledge of Jeddah's attractions, culture, and local services
Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Experience in handling guest complaints and going above and beyond to meet guest needs
Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably OPERA PMS
Valid Saudi Arabian work permit or eligibility to obtain one
Warm, friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
