- Be currently in an Executive Sous Chef role or junior Executive Chef role in a high-profile, luxury 5* resort hotel with 10+ outlets
- Collaborate with the Senior Executive Chef to guarantee top-notch food quality, creative and imaginative presentations, manage profitability, and to reference the trends being done around the world today.
- Develop and train the upcoming great Chefs in the industry.
- Be a Food Ambassador for the company, supporting new openings and Task Force missions while develop future talent.
- Participate in and win competitions for originality, creativity, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environment procedures, instructions, and control by consistently reviewing kitchen operations and products standards.
- Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
