
Brand Communications Manager – Retail and Internal

- Internal presentation of proposed communication and activation campaigns (integrated approach) to management for approval.
- Allocate and control budget expenditure by project, reporting and recording expenditure daily.
- Briefing Marketing teams on campaign and brief requirements and coordination of campaign delivery.
- Brief agencies on client requirements.
- Ensure implementation of CI guidelines under the new brand philosophy.
- Setting of consistent KPI measures and ensuring campaigns are recorded and registered with monitoring systems (pre/post tests, web analytics, etc.)
- Assessing quality of responses to brief.
- Management of timelines to ensure communications are developed in a timely and organized way.
- Advertising and communications experience - with particular knowledge of brand guidelines implementation across point-of-sale. Automotive or FMCG experience a plus. Accustomed to working with agencies or within the agency model. Exposure to the principles of media buying and analysis or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in commercial subject (e.g. Marketing/Business)
- 3-5 years of practical experience. Relevant marketing experience essential
- Adherence to briefing principles and media buying disciplines and processes.
- A focus and ability to analyse the result of advertising and branding work. Focus on the results and learning.
- Excellent computer skills, with a working knowledge of Windows applications.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (essential).
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Good communication and personnel management skills.
- Ability to present and persuade on subjective matters
