- Enter and manage service requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s software
- Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage invoicing, issue of credit notes and return of goods
- Case Creation & Field Engineer dispatch
- Ensure Install Base Updates & Accuracy in ERP as necessary
- Manage Inter/Intra country Forward and reverse movement of goods, spare parts, etc.
- Monitor Stock inventory and request replenishments accoridngly
- Identify, develop and implement improvements to support processes and procedures
- Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by Manager
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably as a Logistics Coordinator, Service Coordinator or Order Management Specialist
- Fluent Arabic & English (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage
- International trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom…) in KSA
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively cope with change
- Knowledge and use of commercial computer application packages (MS Office)
- Familiar with SAP, Oracle (or similar ERP System)
- Familiar with Salesforce.com / ServiceMax
- Able to follow complex procedures and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works independently in a structured manner with the ability to prioritize critical tasks
- Builds collaborative work relationships with different teams
