OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Infrastructure expertise to lead and deliver complex IT infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing infrastructure projects involving servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise systems, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.Candidates currently based in KSA or willing to relocate to Riyadh will be preferred.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation through closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure infrastructure environments (on-premise and cloud) are aligned with project objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Manage project governance including documentation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Track delivery progress against KPIs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring effective communication across teams.
Requirements
  • Strong project management expertise including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure environments, including:
  • Servers
  • Databases
  • Networks
  • Cloud platforms
  • Data centers
  • Virtualization
  • Middleware
  • Security infrastructure
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (banking, large enterprises, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management frameworks.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
Experience Requirements
  • 12+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to IT infrastructure project delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
