🧭 Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new customers in the foundry, construction, mining, oil & gas, and machinery sectors.
  • Generate leads through market research, customer visits, exhibitions, and networking.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.
💼 Customer Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical and commercial requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints, coordinate with technical and production teams for resolutions.
💰 Quotations & Pricing:
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers and quotations based on input from costing and production departments.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
  • Track the status of submitted quotes and follow up actively.
📊 Sales Reporting & Coordination:
  • Maintain sales records, customer databases, and visit reports.
  • Update CRM/ERP systems with sales activity, forecast, and order status.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in metal casting, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
  • Good knowledge of steel/iron castings, machining, or industrial components is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ERP tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally, as needed.
