- To plan, execute, and oversee the Pre-commissioning and commissioning of systems and equipment in construction projects, ensuring they operate according to design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure readiness for commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the commissioning process.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and start-up of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Conduct functional tests, performance evaluations, and system verifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during commissioning and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including test reports, punch lists, and handover package.
- Ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards before final handover.
- Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Pre-commissioning and commissioning within construction, industrial and preferably Saudi ARAMCO projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Strong understanding of commissioning best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in leading commissioning teams and managing complex engineering projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict timelines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and commissioning.
