· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring· Ensure resource availability and allocation· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques· Report and escalate to management as needed· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders· Perform risk management to minimize project risks· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationRequirementsProven working experience as a project manger

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Registered Architect and BS in Architecture with experience more than 20 years

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, create & meet budgets;

At least 5 years experience working as project manager in an Engineering consulting company .

Prepare project reports for management, clients or others;

Experience in detailing construction documents (architectural detailing experience with complex geometry a plus);

Construction scheduling and management

Software Engineering , graphics based packages and solid understanding of 3D software

Develop/implement project work plans/methodologies for complex projects;

Strong ability to drive projects and lead teams to creative, effective solutions.

Must be experience in the field of finishes and decoration

Experience working in KSA would be an advantage.

Knowledge on KSA codes, specifications and design guidelines is a plus

Maximum age of applicant 50 years

PMP / PRINCE II / APM certification is a plus

Applicants must be Egyptian Lebanese or Jordanian had Experience working in KSA and Knowledge on KSA codes, specifications and design guidelines is a must.
