Eram Talent is currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a leading recruitment agency, Eram Talent connects talented professionals with top companies in various industries. As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing contracts within the organization.Responsibilities

Procurement Management:
· Collaborate with various departments internally to understand the procurement needs and
· requirements.
· Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on cost, quality, and reliability.
· ensure compliance with KAUST procurement policy and procedures.
· Implement and maintain centralized PO records for easy access and tracking.
· Process online purchasing using the department's credit card.
Contract Administration:
· Review contracts addressing potential risks and liabilities.
· Track contract deadlines, renewal dates, and termination clauses to ensure compliance and proactive action.
· Implement and maintain a centralized contract management system for easy access and tracking.
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration between KRRI's team and the Contract team including regular meetings and email updates.
· Prepare various compliance documents to support the Contracts' progress, such as Single Source Justification and Strategic Endorsement Form.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
