MEP QS Engineer RequiredWe are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project financial control for MEP works. Transferable Iqama is a must.Job Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP systems.Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.Review contracts, variations, and claims related to MEP works.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for cost management.Prepare regular reports on project costs, progress, and financial forecasts.Ensure compliance with company policies and project contractual requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering or Quantity Surveying.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QS Engineer in MEP construction projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and project financial management.Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS/MEP software (AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Transferable Iqama is mandatory.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to:
