- Lead RBI initiatives for corrosion and materials integrity management across multiple assets.
- Develop and implement corrosion management strategies and RBI programs.
- Perform risk assessments and inspections to identify potential corrosion issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide technical expertise and support in developing and implementing corrosion management plans, including material selection, corrosion control measures, and inspection strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of corrosion management programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in corrosion and materials integrity management.
- Familiarization with relevant Saudi Aramco Best Practices, Engineering standards, and procedures
- Act as a subject matter expert in corrosion and materials integrity management, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a role which has had a primary technical function of providing corrosion engineering services in the oil and gas petrochemical industries.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies.
- Good soft skills; primarily presentation skills, communication, and collaboration with global offices and clients.
- The candidate may be required to work from the client’s office sometimes per project demand.
- Familiar with the use of Saudi Aramco and Industrial standards such as API 510, 570, 571, 580, 581 and 653.
- Familiarization with ECE and API RBI software.
