Quality Checker – Car Color Change & Body Work

• Inspect completed car color changes and body repairs for consistency, finish quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and document defects such as paint imperfections, uneven surfaces, or poor alignment.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with technicians to address and rectify any quality issues before delivery.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.
• Verify proper surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide feedback to the production team to improve processes and reduce rework.

• Proven experience in auto body repair, paintwork, or quality control in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections in paint and bodywork.
• Knowledge of paint types, blending techniques, and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in auto refinishing.
• Ability to use inspection tools (e.g., gloss meters, thickness gauges).
• Good communication skills to provide constructive feedback.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in auto body repair/painting is a plus.

• Experience with color matching and paint correction.
• Knowledge of different paint systems.
• Understanding of dent repair, panel alignment, and body filler application.

• Workshop environment with exposure to paint fumes (PPE provided).
• Standing for long periods during inspections.
