The candidate should have expertise in simulation, prediction, and optimization of large-scale, multiscale, or networked chemical processes. Special emphasis will be directed toward incorporating advanced algorithms, high-performance computing, uncertainty quantification, digital twins, and machine learning into process systems of industrial and societal relevance.Furthermore, we expect research proposals to align closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and to contribute significantly to the objectives outlined in Saudi Vision 2030. Proven track record in managing a research group as well as publishing high-impact papers.Teaching and service responsibilitiesCommitment to high-quality teaching at the graduate level, including two courses per academic year.
