Tower Crane Operator

• Operate tower crane safely according to lifting plans and supervisor’s instructions.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspection of crane.
• Ensure safe lifting, lowering and placing of loads at designated areas.
• Coordinate with signalman/rigger during lifting operations.
• Follow company and site safety rules, regulations and standards.
• Report mechanical faults or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

• Valid Tower Crane Operator License/Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of crane load charts and lifting capacities.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and signaling.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural team environment.
• Physically fit and medically cleared for working at heights.

• Age: Not more than 45 years.
