ERP Data Master Controller

• Chart of Accounts (CoA), financial dimensions, and posting profiles

• Customers, vendors, and credit-related master data

• Item masters, BOMs, formulations, and product hierarchies

• Fixed assets master data

• Bank accounts, payment terms, tax and regulatory attributes

• Intercompany master data

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all legal entities

• Perform periodic data quality reviews, reconciliations, and validations

• Identify and resolve duplicates, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues

• Monitor and report data quality KPIs

• Manage and document master data change requests through approved workflows

• Ensure all changes are supported by proper approvals and audit trials

• Coordinate master data changes during month-end, year-end, and cut-off periods

• Support internal and external audit requests related to master data

• Act as the central coordination point between business owners, Finance, and IT

• Ensure business requirements are translated into standardized ERP master data structures

• Support ERP enhancements, UAT, and go-live readiness related to master data

• Ensure alignment between operational data and financial reporting requirements

• Ensure master data complies with IFRS requirements, and internal policies

• Support audits by providing evidence of controls, approvals, and data integrity

• Participate in risk assessments related to data integrity and system controls

• Support remediation of audit findings related to master data

• Maintain up-to-date master data dictionaries, naming conventions, and process documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and control effectiveness

• Recommend enhancements to governance frameworks as ERP maturity increases

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

• Strong understanding of financial master data and internal controls

• Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks

• Exposure to ERP implementations, data migration, or post-go-live stabilization preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience in ERP environments (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Deep understanding of ERP master data structures

• High integrity and ownership mindset

• Ability to work cross-functionally and enforce standards

• Strong documentation and communication skills
