Project Manager – ICT, Security & AV Systems

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of ICT, Security, and Audio-Visual (AV) system projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
o Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in line with client requirements.
o Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
o Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth progress.
o Conduct regular project meetings and issue progress reports.
- Technical Oversight
o Ensure compliance with international standards, codes, and project requirements.
o Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Risk, Quality & Compliance
o Monitor quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
o Ensure all documentation, as-built drawings, and close-out reports are completed.
o Ensure timely invoicing and support in project cash flow management.Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in ICT, Security, and AV systems.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ELV/ICT systems (networking, data centers, structured cabling), Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, IDS, PSIM), and AV systems (video conferencing, digital signage, control rooms).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
