Key Responsibilities:1. Handle daily clerical and administrative tasks.
2. Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases (manual & digital).
3. Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal workshop staff.
5. Assist in scheduling, tracking orders, and following up on deliveries.
6. Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence.
7. Support HR functions like attendance monitoring and leave records.
8. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation.
9. Ensure smooth flow of information between office and workshop.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
11. Proven experience as an Admin Assistant / Office Clerk (preferably in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing industry).
12. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
13. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
14. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
15. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
