
Executive House Keeping

- Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, including daily operations, staff management, and quality control
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to maintain excellence in cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping supervisors and staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Create and manage departmental budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems for linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and cultural sensitivities
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and hospitality management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable
- Proven track record in budgeting and financial management within a housekeeping department
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in staff training and development
- Professional certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management (e.g., IEHA certifications) are preferred
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality industry standards
- Understanding of Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and cultural sensitivities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
