Mechanical Engineer (BIM)

• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• The awareness of Saudi building codes.
• Experience in building systems design (Plumping, Drainage, HVAC)
• Ability to visit, review and solve under-construction works.
• The ability to work on various types of projects including residential, governmental, industrial, etc.
• Mandatory AutoCAD, Revit, HAP.
• Proficiency, and awareness of BIM standards
• Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external client communication
