🧑🤝🧑 Open to both Male & Female Saudi Nationals⸻About the RoleFirst Refinery Solutions LLC (Refsol1) is seeking a Saudi National Senior Accountant with strong experience in VAT, Zakat, and project accounting. This position plays a vital role in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and supporting major industrial service operations across KSA.⸻Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage VAT calculations, filings, and compliance with ZATCA guidelines.
- Prepare and file Zakat returns and coordinate with external auditors/tax advisors.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and conduct expense analysis.
- Track and report project-wise costs and compare with actuals.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial documentation for audits and tenders.
- Work with accounting platforms such as Odoo and Zoho.
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong experience in Saudi VAT and Zakat submission processes.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo or Zoho.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in industrial environments such as SABIC, ARAMCO, or related plants.
