Availability: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the Role:Workforcer, a leading Managed Services Provider in Dammam, is seeking skilled and safety-driven Rope Access Technicians to join our operations team. The role requires certified IRATA professionals who can execute rope access work at height while adhering to the highest safety standards. Candidates must provide their valid IRATA ID (with level and expiry date), updated CV, and logbook as part of the application.As a Rope Access Technician, you will perform inspections, maintenance, and installation tasks in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring compliance with international safety practices and Workforcer’s operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Carry out rope access operations safely and efficiently in accordance with IRATA standards.
Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at height.
Conduct pre-job safety assessments and ensure adherence to Workforcer’s safety protocols.
Maintain proper use of PPE, tools, and rope access equipment.
Complete job reports, logbook entries, and submit safety documentation
Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in rescue operations and emergency procedures when required.
Uphold Workforcer’s commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and safety compliance.Requirements:Valid IRATA Certification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3) with clearly visible expiry date.
Rope Access Logbook (mandatory for Levels 1–3).
Minimum of 3+ years of rope access experience (experience requirement varies per level).
Strong technical knowledge of inspection, maintenance, or installation work at height.
Excellent understanding of HSE standards and IRATA guidelines.
Ability to work in challenging environments and physically demanding conditions.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
