Senior Scheduler And Planner With Aramco Experience

- Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule (Level 1 to Level 6) using Primavera P6, reflecting all project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare detailed discipline and activity schedules, including interfaces for:
o Piping fabrication and installation
o Electrical and I&C installation and commissioning
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, delays, and critical path activities; recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to gather accurate status updates and reflect actual progress in the schedule.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and incorporate contingencies in collaboration with the risk management team.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for project management and client review.
- Support the integration of subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
- Maintain document control of all scheduling deliverables, including baseline schedules, updates, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
- Support the Project Controls Manager in managing schedule change control and impact analysis.
- Participate in schedule review meetings, workshops, and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco scheduling standards, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of scheduling/planning experience in EPC or LSTK projects, with at least 3 years on Saudi Aramco projects.
- Proven experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and control.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling best practices including Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience in infrastructure, wellsite, or oil & gas field development projects preferred.
- Understanding of project execution phases including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning workflows.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco scheduling requirements and reporting templates.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience with scheduling integration software (e.g., Aconex, SAP) is a plus.
