- Manage critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including multi-organ failure, sepsis, and severe respiratory distress
- Perform and oversee advanced life-support procedures such as mechanical ventilation, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency critical care interventions
- Lead multidisciplinary ICU teams including anesthesiologists, pulmonologists, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior intensivists, residents, and fellows
- Ensure full compliance with hospital protocols, ethical medical practices, and patient safety and quality standards
- Contribute to clinical research, medical education, audits, and continuous professional development initiatives
- UK CCT in Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent internationally recognized qualification
- Board certification in Critical Care Medicine such as FCCM, EDIC, or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of post-CCT experience in adult intensive care
- Strong expertise in advanced ICU procedures and complex critical care management
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, communication, and team collaboration skills
