Lead and coordinate all design activities for high-rise, mixed-use, and mega-development projects from concept to design finalization.
Manage and integrate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural, MEP, façade, transportation, and specialist consultants.
Oversee the preparation of design documentation, ensuring compliance with international codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate with project management, construction, and client teams to align design with overall program schedules and budgets.
Drive design innovation while balancing constructability, cost efficiency, and sustainability goals.
Conduct design reviews and quality audits to identify risks early and ensure design excellence.
Facilitate communication and coordination across all stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of design challenges.
Monitor and control design scope, including managing change requests to avoid scope creep.
Ensure all design deliverables are delivered on time and meet the highest professional standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years’ experience managing design for high-rise, mixed-use, or mega-development projects.
Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary design teams through complex design development phases.
Strong technical understanding of structural systems, building services, and large-scale integration challenges.
Proficiency in BIM and advanced design coordination tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
