- Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the refinery.
- To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts
- To coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.
- To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.
- To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI's are included in all-Maintenance Contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 10+years’ experience of Contracting.
- Fluent in writing and reading English.
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Strong understanding of supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget.
- Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management.
- Good technical understanding of People management.
- Well organized and proactive
