- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government and corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Receiving government clients and presenting vehicle specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (SFDC), including client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Facilitating external visits to meet with Fleet and Government clients to strengthen relationships and understand their specific needs.
- Arranging and assisting with test drives.
- Ability to write and speak in both Arabic and English.
- A driving license and 5+ years of driving experience are a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing activities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
