Duties and ResponsibilitiesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The employee will:Directly supervise and monitor the daily activities of each person in their respective field.Directly supervise and monitor the implementation of Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM).Supervise the implementation of projects and maintenance works under his section.To monitor the availability of materials intended for maintenance, repair and project works.To draw or prepare plan for various projects which may arise from time to time to cope with additional loads.To prepare Maintenance Purchase Request (MPR), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all maintenance work and projects that required materials.To monitor work performance of mechanical staff that the work is performed in a safe manner by following safety measures.To submit Monthly Report to the Mechanical Section Head.Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the his knowledge, skills and abilities.EDUCATION/LICENSURE:Essential: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.Essential: Must hold a valid License to practice in this field.Essential: Relevant training and professional certificates in this field are highly preferred.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:Essential: Minimum of five (5) years experienced as mechanical engineer in a Construction Company, designing firm, or operation and maintenance in a hospital, commercial or industrial plant environment.Essential: Must have an experience in large scale industrial companies, large scale construction companies and tertiary hospital facilities.SkillsSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:Desirable: Knows how to interpret plans and drawings related to his profession and execute then accordingly.Desirable: Have knowledge of implementing such working standard procedures related to his jobs.PERSONAL QUALITIES / SKILLS:Essential:Have a good skills and experience in pumps, compressor, motors, industrial scale laundry equipment, and boiler equipment.Essential: To Perform and Operate the Automatic Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD).Essential: Must be a Computer Literate.Essential: Have a good writing and communication in English.Educationهندسة ميكانيكية
