- Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments
- Lead, motivate, and manage the duty management team and coordinate with department heads to maintain service excellence
- Handle guest relations and resolve complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage crisis situations and emergency procedures with composure and decisive action, prioritizing guest and staff safety
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations throughout the property
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure adherence to Raffles standards and brand guidelines
- Manage shift schedules, staffing levels, and coordinate with human resources to ensure adequate coverage
- Oversee financial transactions, cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all departments
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding operational issues, guest feedback, and performance metrics
- Train and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Customize guest experiences and ensure personalized service delivery aligned with Raffles luxury standards
- Minimum 5 years of hotel operations management or duty management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations systems, property management software, and hospitality technology platforms
- Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities with a decisive approach to operational challenges
- Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and security compliance requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and standard compliance
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Customer service excellence with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and regulations (preferred)
- Experience with international luxury hotel brands or multi-property operations (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required for the role
