- Lead and mentor a team of facility management consultants.
- Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure the team's overall success.
- Manage and oversee facility management consultation projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Ensure that facility management practices align with industry standards, including SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, and BICSc.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Provide expert advice on facility management strategies, optimization, and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality consultation services.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Management Consultation.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration - Master's degree preferred
- Certifications in SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, and BICSc.
- Proven experience in consulting and vendor management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
