- Managing the organisation's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Developing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
- Overseeing the installation and maintenance of technology systems and tools.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs.
- Monitoring IT system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Leading initiatives to automate business processes.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.
- Ensuring that IT is compliant with SAMA regulatory requirements.
- Leading the IT team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing IT operations within the financial services industry.
- Experience in dealing with SAMA regulations.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, networks, and cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Based in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
