- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations within the NetSuite platform.
- Analyze and review existing business processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, enhancements, and user guides.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of NetSuite enhancements and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users for new processes and functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates, features, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development and implementations.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and RESTlets.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Experience with custom record types, workflows, and saved searches.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
