- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to pediatric patients in both inpatient and emergency settings
- Serve as a clinical leader and role model within the multidisciplinary team
- Supervise, teach, and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical students
- Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement programs, and continuing education
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and SCFHS standards
- Strong clinical acumen and leadership skills
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and safety
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in culturally diverse environments
- Medical Board Certification in Pediatrics
- Certification must be obtained from a first-tier country (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) in accordance with SCFHS classification
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience following board certification
- Eligible for licensure and classification as a Consultant by SCFHS
