(Saudi National Only)Grade: 5Location: RiyadhWorking hours: full timeAdvert closing: 15/09/2025Responsibilities· The role of the PFM Production EWSM is to equip RSAF personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently and indigenously design and build the PFMs required by RHWR system fitted to the Saudi Tornado IDS.· The aims for this EWSM are to provide assistance to the RSAF PFM Production team with:· Analysis of RADAR signature data and interpretation into RHWR format.· Designing and building operational PFMs required for RHWR.· Designing and building training PFMs required for RHWR.· Participate with the test and validation team for testing the PFM.· Support and Participate the test and validation team solutions for non detected emitters.· Delivery and manage the training requirement and provide appropriate RHWR OJT to RSAF students· Manage and supervise all tranees in the RHWR OJT· Maintain Training records for RSAF students, i.e. Consolodated Training Records· Provide advice for fellow RSAF instructors and support during formal EW courses.· Creating RHWR Special Knowedge Test questions for level 5 and level 7 trainees.· Reviewing RHWR technical specifications and training testing materials and providing recommendations and feedback regarding potential improvements, to the head of Department.· Raise and monitor the progress of Technical Queries prior to the RSAF’s formal acceptance of the support solution, and in support of In-Service issues and where possible ensure responses meet the Customer expectations.· Oversee and report on the work of sub-contractors in support of Installation & Commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing and related activities.· Understand the Customer’s viewpoint in resolving and preventing problems.· Support to the development and maintenance of Production processes.· Provide expert advice and recommendations for future Electromic Warfare range facilities in KSA or overseas.Job Requirements:· 8 years experience level 7 in specialty 15671 or related specialty 15171 or 15571· 15 yesrs experience in the field of electronic warfare· PFMG course + RHWR course· EW courses EWOS 1,2,3 and data analysis· Have an in-depth knowledge of EWOS processes and procedures.· Radar / Avionics experience.· Knowledge of RHWR function and operation· Must have experience and understanding of RSAF technical procedures and directives.SAUDI NATIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITSIn return for the required high levels of commitment and hard work you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous leave and leave allowance, a full health care scheme and access to discounted gym membership.BAE SystemsBAE Systems has a heritage of commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
