Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and analytical Application Consultant to support clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing support of applications across various industries.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and align them with suitable software solutionsCustomize and configure enterprise applications to meet client requirementsLead implementation projects from planning to go-live and provide post-implementation supportConduct system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve application issuesProvide user training and create documentation for software usage and updatesCoordinate with development teams to recommend enhancements or bug fixesStay up-to-date with the latest in application development trends, platforms, and technologiesManage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within scope and budgetEnsure all solutions comply with IT governance, data security, and compliance standardsDeliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships with clientsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldProven experience in application consulting, software implementation, or IT solutionsStrong knowledge of ERP, CRM, or industry-specific applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)Excellent problem-solving and business analysis skillsEffective communication and project coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with integration tools and scripting languages is a plusAbility to travel to client sites if required
