Responsible for coordinating the sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. This role ensures procurement processes are cost-effective, compliant with company policies and KSA regulations, and aligned with project timelines and specifications. The Procurement Coordinator works closely with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to maintain inventory levels, and optimize procurement operations.Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.Coordinate with project teams to determine material requirements and delivery schedules.Monitor supplier performance and maintain records of quality, delivery, and compliance.Coordinate inventory levels, track material usage, and ensure timely replenishment.Ensure compliance with company policies, KSA procurement regulations, and safety standards.Assist in resolving procurement-related issues, delays, or conflicts with suppliers and internal teams.Review contracts, quotations, and purchase agreements to ensure adherence to specifications and budget.Generate procurement reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to management for decision-making.QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience in procurement for construction or contracting projects.
