As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.

Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet services
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting menus and ensure high-quality food presentation
Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to optimize operations and profitability
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in F&B management
Work closely with other departments to support overall hotel operations and special events
Respect and incorporate local cultural sensitivities in F&B offerings and service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field; advanced degree or additional certifications in F&B management, wine, or culinary arts are a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel or high-volume F&B establishment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Proficiency in MS Office suite and F&B POS systems
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are an advantage
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian cuisine and cultural norms
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency in service delivery
