Oversee all quality control operation to ensure products/services meet required standards.
Develop implement and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
Lead train and supervise the quality control team.
Conduct inspections test and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
Prepare and present quality reports to management
Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to improve quality performance.Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality management
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
Excellent leadership problem solving and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP SystemsBenefits:-
